The villa was created as some enchanting pavilions placed on a trail that leads from a refined gated entry right to the shore, passing a meditative tropical backyard embellished with early sculptures and two carp-filled ponds. Four broad suites reside in two double-storey structures that also house a completely equipped fitness centre, while four more luxury, personal single-storey bedroom pavilions and  unique Villa Nine serve the staying guests in complete relaxation.

Each of the bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms with intimate outside shower/tubs in the pavilion suites and yet another rain shower room linked to Villa Nine provides views of the bay beyond. Villa Nine additionally boasts a unique oceanside Jacuzzi and sundeck, along with a cozy sofa/private theater to the back.

The open plan area is furnished with a big comfy couch poised before a 65-inch flat-screen television as well as an eye-catching square teak-wood table seating 16 people, served by a completely outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Modern Asian-influenced interiors provide a fashionable yet homely atmosphere while outdoors on the patio another dining table and couch provide an ideal place for alfresco dishes.
